Qualitas Health would like to welcome Dr Raymond Tockar and his team of Doctors and staff as they join the Qualitas network.
Dr Tockar was the Principal and founding Doctor of Randwick Medical. He graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and established the Randwick Medical family practice in 1980.
Dr Tockar is committed to offering a professional and caring environment for his patients and setting high standards of medical care in the practice.
