Qualitas Australia expands in New South Wales with the acquisition of Seaforth Medical Centre.

Qualitas Australia acquires the first dental site, Dee Why Family Dental.

2012

Qualitas Australia expands primary care into Queensland and further grows the New South Wales network

2013

Qualitas Australia expands primary care into Queensland and further grows the New South Wales network

2014

Qualitas Australia expands into Radiology (Synergy Radiology). Burwood Medical Imaging commences operations

Qualitas Australia acquires first Primary Care site in Victoria (Albert Park Medical Centre)

2015

Qualitas Australia further expands the Queensland primary care network via the acquisition of the MediPrac group

Synergy Radiology commences Specialist Nuclear Medicine Campsie and acquires Pennant Hills Diagnostic Centre

2016

Qualitas Australia acquires Mooroolbark Medical Centre and the National Health Unity (NHU) group in Victoria to grow the Victorian primary care network.

First CMO (VIC) appointment for Qualitas Health, Dr Peter Janovic.

2017

Qualitas Australia amalgamates Seaforth Medical Centre and Woodland Street Medical Practice to create Sydney Road Family Medical Practice.

Qualitas Australia opens the second dental site, Sydney Road Family Dental.

Synergy Radiology opens Lakemba Medical Imaging

2018

Qualitas Australia acquires North Ryde Family Medical Practice (NSW) and Ivanhoe Medical Clinic (VIC)

Synergy Radiology formally brands under Synergy Radiology in the market, and installs 3T MRI Machine

2019

Qualitas Australia acquires Royale Eastwood Medical Centre (NSW)

Synergy Radiology received fully funded MRI license

2020

Qualitas Australia acquires Monash Doctors Surgery (VIC), relocates North Sydney Medical Centre (March 2020) and acquires North Sydney Doctors (Oct 2020).

Synergy Radiology upgrades Rouse Hill Medical Imaging and installs Revolution CT (May 2020)

2021

Qualitas Australia acquires NSW practices; Randwick Medical (April 2021), Gymea Medical Practice (August 2021) and Neutral Bay Medical Practice (August 2021).

Queensland primary care practices Doctors @ Windaroo and Doctors @ Beenleigh amalgamate to form Beenleigh Medical Centre (August 2021).

Victoria primary care acquisitions of Keilor Medical Clinic, Rowville Medical Clinic and Wells Medical Clinic (December 2021) .

First CMO appointment for NSW, Dr Zoe Case.

Synergy Radiology opens Lakeside Medical Imaging (July 2021)

2022

Qualitas Health acquires the five Modern Medical practices of Balwyn, Caroline Springs, Craigieburn, Dandenong and Glenroy, all situated in Melbourne (VIC) (March 2022). Qualitas Health acquires Greenwood Medical Centre (NSW) and merges it into North Sydney Medical Centre (June 2022).

2023

Qualitas Health acquires an Occupational Health business, Corporate Medical Consultants (CMC) (March 2023). Qualitas Health acquires Glenferrie Road Medical Centre (October 2023).
