Formerly located in the bustling North Sydney retail precinct of Greenwood Plaza, GMC has provided comprehensive general health care to the community for over ten years. The benefits of joining our neighbouring practice, North Sydney Medical Centre, include improved patient outcomes and quality of care from a larger, fit-for-purpose site.
Qualitas Health Managing Director Prashant Menon says the acquisition has come about due to “Excellent GPs wanting to provide an improved service from a central location together, enriching patient care and driving a team culture of dedication and performance.”
North Sydney Medical Centre now has 15 GPs that provide general practice, with some who specialise in skin cancer checks, cosmetic injectables and cosmetic treatments using laser technology.
“We are delivering on our mission to increase access to quality health care and will continue responding to the demand in the hope of providing more access, to more people, in more communities,” said Mr Menon.
Qualitas Health is supporting the health of the Lower North Shore from its premium site, North Sydney Medical Centre at 51 Berry Street. Qualitas Health operates fifteen medical practices in NSW and a total of 40 across the three eastern seaboard states.
